5 of Kendall Jenner’s Top Beauty & Makeup Tips

Reality star turned model Kendall Jenner can’t be stopped – she’s the current face of Marc by Marc Jacobs and Estee Lauder. She has also grown up around her glamorous sisters, Kim, Khloe and Kourtney – so she’s picked up plenty of beauty secrets from them. Here are 5 of her simple beauty and makeup tips that she follows herself. Kendall tries to ditch makeup as often as possible in order to keep her skin clear, and likes to focus on keeping up a good skincare routine too. When it comes to makeup, she loves a cateye look and isn’t afraid to try out bright shades either. Here are her tips!

  1. She Likes a Natural Look

Kendall thinks natural makeup is more flattering and she often decides to ditch makeup completely: “I think a natural look is prettier. I rarely wear makeup, but we always wear sunscreen on our faces.”

  1. Cateyes Are Her Favourite

When she does wear makeup, the model looks to place a focus on her eyes, and loves layering up mascara and creating cateye eyeliner: “Eyes. I like a good eye. Sometimes I like a little bit of a cat-eye, or a wing is nice. And lots of mascara. I love mascara.”

  1. Neutral Nails Are Easy to Match

She likes to opt for neutral nail colours because they’re easy to coordinate but she isn’t afraid to switch it up with brights too: “I like to keep it really neutral with nudes and grays. But if I’m going on vacation, I like color. My favorite polishes are royal blue or red.”

  1. She Sticks to a Skin Routine

She makes sure to wash her face and takes good care of her skin, which includes eating well and staying hydrated throughout the day: “I wash my face every morning and every night and make sure that I drink a lot of water and eat good food. I use Perfect Skin.”

  1. She Needs Her Beauty Sleep

When travelling all over the world for Fashion Week, Kendall stays gorgeous by not skipping sleep: “My beauty secret for fashion week is just getting a good amount of sleep. I feel like I at least need about seven hours, eight hours of sleep to function.”
