Kim Kardashian is always groomed to perfection and is dedicated to always looking her best. Over the years she has tried various treatments, facials and workout techniques and has shared what she thinks works best. She knows how to contour her face to make her cheekbones pop and add extra angles. She is obsessive about grooming her nails and never fails to take her makeup off because she knows how important it is to let her skin breathe. Here are Kim’s top well-being and beauty tips.

 

 

1.       Makeup to Contour

Kim adds shape to her face with makeup: "I put on all my foundation first, I powder my face, then I put on concealer, and blend it with a pink egg-like sponge. Then I contour all here – think of a three. [With her finger she draws an invisible three on the side of her face] "I go cheekbones, under chin, then the top."

 

2.       Take Your Makeup Off

Kim always makes sure her makeup is off: "My most essential product has got to be Neutrogena Makeup Remover Cleansing Towelettes in Night Calming. I need a makeup wipe at all times. That's the only way I take my makeup off."

3.       Keep Your Nails in Shape

She needs to have her nails perfectly shaped: "I'm OCD, [My nails] have to be perfectly square. I carry a file with me everywhere I go. I get anxiety when I get my nails done if it's not the person I use all the time, because I don't want to offend them when I ask to file my own nails!"

4.       Dressing for Your Body Shape

The reality star makes sure her clothes flatter her: "Anything you wear should be proportioned to your body, and a good tailor will make sure everything fits perfectly. I either have my tailor at every fitting or I have my stylist pin my wardrobe and take it to the tailor before I wear anything. Shortening a hem line on a dress can make a huge difference!"

 

5.       Work Out

Kim is dedicated to working out regularly: "I lift weights with my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, in the morning three days a week. After working out, I see a difference in my butt and thighs, and my clothes fit a little differently, too. I'm also really proud of how toned my arms are."
