Beauty treatmentsdon’t have to be painful or stressful – pampering yourself and unwinding by applying products can be a very relaxing process. These 5 stars all love to take some time out to switch off and de-stress, either by heading to the spa or filling up their bath tub. From face masks to scrubs, these stars love indulging in some time off, and think it can be a very calming and relaxing process to beautify themselves. Here are their favourite relaxing beauty treatments.

1.      Alyssa Milano

Alyssa loves to indulge in a face mask: "I try to have a cup of tea or put a mask on my face and make my bedroom smell delicious. Those are all really important things."

2.      Elizabeth Hurley

Elizabeth takes a bath infused with her favourite oil: "Wherever I am in the world. I always end my day immersed in a deep bath full of Jo Malone oil. [On my dream day], I'd stay in and do a whole home beauty evening. Occasionally I'll put on a hair mask, anoint myself with oil and lie on a towel for a few hours reading a book. Bliss!"

3.      Kate Bosworth

Kate has a special treatment at a Korean spa: "I really love going to Korean spas in LA. There’s one in particular where they do just a regular brush scrub. It’s called Beverly Hot Springs. I think it’s the only natural mineral hot spring in LA. It’s got the hot and cold pools, so that’s always nice to do. What I get is called the Body Scrub/Body Care Combo. They scrub but then it’s also real yoghurt on your body and then real honey all over your body and they shave cucumber. It totally smells like breakfast."

4.      Kylie Jenner

Kylie takes long showers and applies several treatments to unwind: “I love pampering days. I usually take a shower or bath for about two hours and scrub my whole body. I love lotions – whole yoghurt lotions are amazing – and masks. And I put coconut oil in my hair. I use a lot of scrubs. I like to use lavender ones before bed because it calms me."

5.      Lindsay Ellingson

Lindsay pampers herself with a bath and beauty treatments: "After a long day with several events, I like to pamper myself and my skin. First, I take off all my makeup with Créaline by Bioderma. Then I exfoliate with my Derma e’s Microdermabrasion Scrub. Next, I apply my favorite Smoothing and Relaxing Eye Patches by Klorane and a Sandalwood Rose Mask by Pratima, which helps to purify and calm my skin. Finally, I run a bath with a few drops of my limited-edition True Indulgence Oil."
