Jessica stays hydrated and uses sunscreen: “I’d also say remembering your skin is the canvas for everything, so skin care is important. Staying hydrated is where it starts, from drinking water to using a humidifier, and wearing moisturizer and sunscreen is definitely part of my daily ritual.”

Jessica keeps a few basics with her to top up as she goes: “I have this little make-up bag that I carry around at all times. It has my eyelash curler, concealer and a cream blush. Although I love wearing mascara, I don’t like to carry it around all the time as it tends to clump in hot and humid weather.”
