Miranda Kerr on Her Blemish Skin Secrets, Dropping Baby Weight & Working Out

Australian model and KORA Organics founder Miranda Kerr has given fans a look at her beauty and fitness regimes. The model says that she likes to control blemishes by using a cucumber mask made from fresh cucumbers: “I might do a good, fresh cucumber mask tonight,” while she also swears by Rosehip oil to replenish her dry skin, just one of many skin secrets that contribute to her famously glowing complexion. Miranda is also a huge fan of dry brushing her skin with an exfoliating brush, explaining that she tries to do it before she showers to boost her overall radiance and promote circulation which cuts down on cellulite: “Every day before I shower, just for two minutes.”

The model also keeps up a strict workout regime, and says she always fits some kind of exercise in to her day each day, even if it’s for a short amount of time. She believes even a few minutes can make a difference overall: “I exercise every day, even if it’s just 10 minutes of squats or yoga or lunges or butt lifts. It really makes a difference.”

Miranda has a young son named Flynn and believes that breastfeeding helped her to lose some baby weight as she credits it for speeding up her metabolism. She explained: “I just loved breast-feeding. It was something that came very easily to me and it helped speed up my metabolism … I nursed for a year and a half, and I pumped when I was at work.”
