Nutritious food is not really nutritious.

I confirm that I am also allergic to a thing. It is the company that hypes the nutritional products. They bend the truth by some sentences such as "no sugar", "cafe has eliminated the natural caffeine", "non-fat nutrient milk", "Vitamin treats cold and reduces stress", etc. This makes me sick and makes me want to stutter.

Do not misunderstand, I don't oppose nutritious food. My family usually eats red rice, potatoes, vegetables, bread, fruit, fried beans and drink water. Moreover, when I get sick, I add glucose and foods with natural Queensland sugar.

I do not object to the needed nutrition. However, distortion the truth or telling lie to deceive others for profit is not good.

Many mothers carry the fruit baskets from the supermarket to home, they do not know if their children need that extent or not. They are busy making orange juice for children.

It's terrible if every day your children have to drink 5 glasses of fresh orange juice, each glass is squeezed from three oranges. So your child has to consume fifteen oranges every day. Drinking too much orange juice may cause diarrhea. So, we have to drink fruit juice in limit although it's good.

Perfect breakfast cereals

Of course, your child should eat cereals low in fat, salt and sugar if he/she lives by this food. However, for them, this is only part of a balanced diet. You can mix with cream milk and sprinkle sugar.

Juice without sugar

Advertising often says “this juice has no sugar”. Actually, it is true to say: “No need to add any sugar because there is natural sugar in it”. There are many ways for the sugar to contact with teeth, not just sugar from cane.

Many juices do not add sugar but it does not mean sweetener and other chemical are not added in.

Glucose, honey and health

Glucose is a high quality refined sugar. It is similar to sucrose (cane sugar). The absorption of this substance in the blood is faster but it's not more nutritious than other cheaper types.

Honey is a natural product that is considered to have mysterious properties. In fact, it is a mixture of simple sugars refined by the complex organs of the bee. Despite its attractive, this kind of sugar is not pure as glucose or sucrose.

Glucose and honey do not have special nutritional features. As sweeteners, they have no advantages than cane sugar when making drinks; it will also damage the teeth as lemon juice.

Energy candy bar

This candy is more common, it is often sweet, fat or containing fruit flavor. Because it is product containing sugar from fruit, honey and glucose instead of sugar, they are not good for health. Of course, there are some really good kinds but children do not know to choose.

Natural milk

I find it is hard to be convinced by natural milk, my old mind believes that breast milk is usually produced by animals, and cow's milk is good for calf and children. Soy milk or other milk can be good for children who allergic to cow's milk, not for other normal children

Drinks with vitamin

Wild vegetable water, syrup are marketed as vitamin C supplement. Nothing better than a cheap vitamin tablet buying from pharmacy. Many kinds of syrup contain too much sugar, so they are not good to use.

Fruits and fried seeds

Grapes, dried seedless grapes and date-palm are foods that kids love, but they are too sweet and harmful for the teeth like chocolate and other sweets. Beans can be very nutritious but children are easy to be choked if they swallow the grain.

A huge industry exists due to the production of above foods and drinks, but we have to monitor this product carefully.
