It’ll be good for children if the difference between the house’ and the outside’s temperatures is as much as 7 degrees Celsius. For example, if the outside temperature is 35 degrees, the one in air-conditioned room should be 28. And, it won’t cause much trouble if the children keep running in and out of the air-conditioned room.

·         When children are sleeping, blanket them with a thin blanket; you’d better cover their belly to prevent dilated pores that can lead to a cold. You should put on your children clothes that are able to absorb sweat, cotton ones, for example.

·         Avoid letting children stay near the air-conditioner to prevent stuffy nose, shortness of breath, respiratory diseases and sore throat.

·         When children have shortness of breath, you should take them to the doctor; do not let them take medicine without doctor’
