Kinds of spice such as: pepper, chili, cinnamon, or foods that have hot feature aren’t good for pregnant women in pregnancy. Although they are delicious and easy to eat, they make discharging of digestive system reduce, they can make bowel lose water and as a result, it will lead to constipation. Appearance of constipation will make pregnant women have difficulty in going to toilet, it will increase pressure for abdomen and it also oppresses fetus in womb. So fetus will feel uncomfortable. In a long time, it can make fetus develop unusually. Pregnant women easily have miscarriage, early rupture of amniotic fluid, premature birth and other bad effects.
