3.    Blend a few drops of ginger oil in your favorite moisturizer to bring some anti-aging effects to your skin.

4.    Drink 2-3 cups of ginger tea every day. Use tea bag or make tea by adding a half-an-inch slice of peeled ginger in a cup of tea then pour in 6 ounces hot water. Wait 10 minutes then take the ginger slice out and drink the tea.

5.    Take ginger supplements daily in the morning. Ginger supplements are often in the shapes of capsules and available in health product stores.
