Ginger is a root of Zingiber Officionale, a plant that grows in southeast India. It is used as a cooking ingredient though it has many effects on treating diseases. The effects include improving nausea, colds and flues, bowel stimuli, menstrual cramps’ and weak blood circulation’s treatment. Ginger is also used for treating headache, toothache and cough. It can be eaten fresh, cooked or drink as tea. You can also use ginger for skin issues, like toenail fungus and jock itch.

Things you’ll need

·         Pot

·         Stove

·         Mug

·         Small plate

·         Cotton balls

Instructions

Description: Grate ginger root until you have 2 full table spoon of ginger.

·         Grate ginger root until you have 2 full table spoon of ginger.

·         Boil a cup of water in a pan. Add 2 table spoons of ginger in the water and stir it. Pour the remedy in a mug or other suitable containers and place a small plate on the mug. Leave the remedy 20 minutes to cool down.

·         Apply the mixture on affected areas with a cotton ball. Store the rest in the fridge to use daily until the fungus is gone.
