5 Celebrities Who Prefer Low Maintenance Hair

Keeping things simple for themselves, these 5 celebrities say they don’t put a lot of effort in to styling their hair, especially on a daily basis. Some just give it a quick wash and brush, while others say they don’t even need to do that! They love to look natural and prefer not to waste hours perfecting their hairdo, so they’ve opted for a low maintenance look that is easy to style and take care of.

  1. Amanda Seyfried

Amanda doesn’t blow dry her locks: “I don’t even have a blow dryer because I don’t dry my hair. I probably flat iron my hair once every six months.”

  1. Angelina Jolie

Angelina admits she doesn’t even brush her hair regularly: “I my life, I hardly brush my hair very often. I try to be as low-maintenance as possible because of my kids, so I can just get up and get ready and do things and not take too much time.”

  1. Lupita N’Yongo

Lupita loves her short hair which is easy to take care of: ”The first time I cut all my hair off was when I was 19. I just got fed up going to the salon every week. I’d had enough! On a whim, it was off. It’s low-maintenance.”

  1. Miley Cyrus

Miley likes how simple her pixie cut is: “It’s so much easier to go shave the sides once a week rather than getting your roots done when you have long hair. I feel like when you have short hair, the messier it is, the better it looks. (It) looks better grungy and not washing it.”

  1. Rachel Weisz

Rachel just washes and doesn’t put much effort in to styling her hair: “I’m a bit of a wash-and-go kind of girl. I don’t know how to blow-dry my hair, so I never do. I have naturally big, frizzy hair, so I normally have at least two or three hairbands on my wrist. I don’t mind not having the blow-dried look – I like a little frizz – and it’s back in fashion, thanks God.”
