5 Celebrities Who’ve Shared Their Top Diet Secrets

Figuring out what makes them look and feel great over the years, these celebrities have revealed their own top diet secrets. Some believe in serving smaller portions or eating several small meals during the day. Others have their own trick for slimming their waist or staying as healthy as possible by sticking to organic foods. Here are their tips and secrets for dieting.

  1. Jessica Biel

Jessica believes in small portions: “You have to find a balance, especially with what you eat. I don’t live by the idea that you can’t allow yourself a treat. I say, ‘Eat things you like, but eat them in smaller portions’. I always cut things in half and send them back. I’m not perfect, I don’t always do those things, but that’s the goal.”

  1. Fergie

Fergie swears by vinegar: “I do vinegar shots. It has to be organic apple cider, unfiltered. Two tablespoons. For some reason I’ve noticed a difference on my stomach.”

  1. Jennifer Lopez

Jennifer boosts her metabolism: ”Jen drinks ice-cold water to speed up her metabolism, bans carbs after 4pm and sticks to four small meals a day, which are packed with protein.”

  1. Jourdan Dunn

Jourdan creates small meals: ”I stick to little meals throughout the day. The best thing is to start the day with protein, like egg-white omelette and avocado for breakfast, then lots of shrimp and fish for lunch and dinner. I also try not to eat too many sweets – some dark chocolate is fine and some fruit.”

  1. Miranda Kerr

Miranda eats a special diet for her blood type: “I am a blood type A and more often than not I eat specifically for my blood type. I also eat low GI, high alkaline foods, drink filtered water and eat mostly fresh produce and very little meat. I believe it is important to supplement our food to ensure our bodies have the nutrition required to remain healthy. This is even more important if you do not eat certified organic foods and certified organic fresh produce.”
