“When it comes to fragrance,” says
29-year-old Texan model Erin Wasson, “I like something intoxicating and almost
masculine. Byredo’s Gypsy Water is the perfect contradiction, as it smells
clean, but slightly dirty!
“I’m obsessed with contemporary Australian
designers such as Flannel and One Teaspoon. I also really like BCBG by Max
Azria - he does great jackets. My take on fashion is that it should be easy and
effortless and we shouldn’t stress over it or spend too much. Don’t listen to
others either; stick to what you know.
“I tend to wear heels for day and flats for
night, which is probably the wrong way round. In the evening, I run around like
a wild banshee, which is too hard to do if you’re wearing heels. I love cowboy
boots and have more than loo pairs!

“I feel naked without jewellery and always
wear the same two necklaces, which are very special to me. Too special to tell
you where they are from! I have my own range called Low Luv and I design very
selfishly, as I make pieces that I know I will wear. Seeing girls wear my brand
is crazy and I freak out when I see them.”
“My look is low-maintenance, but I do love
nicely painted nails. It just makes you feel more put-together. I get jealous
when I see girls with cool colours and nail designs — it makes me want to get
mine done. I’m loving metallics at the moment and Maybelline New York’s Forever
Strong Pro in The Winner Takes It All looks great against silver jewellery.

girls wear my brand is crazy and I freak out when I see them.
“Alison Mosshart is my hero and I recently
saw her play with The Kills in the Boom Boom Room in NYC. She is incredible!
Hanging out with my friends and listening to music is my perfect night.
“My beauty regime is low-key. I apply
