Tricep dip

hands holding the seat next to the hips.
Edge your bottom off the seat, supporting
your weight on your hands, with your legs straight, feet on the floor.
Bend your elbows, lowering your bum as far
as possible to the floor. Rise back up. This is one rep, aim for 20.
Glute bridge

Lying on your back, bend your knees and
place your feet flat on the floor.
Pushing through your feet, lift your hips
up as high as you can and then slowly lower them back down – this is one rep.
Aim for 20 reps.
Lunge
Sends lactic acid to your thighs to burn
off that wobble
Stand with your feet hip-width apart, take
a long stride forwards, lowering your back knee until it’s just off the floor.
Your front knee should be bent at 900, so it doesn’t come beyond
your toes.
Step back up into the start position,
pushing back up with your back leg. Repeat on the other leg, Aim for 15 reps on
each leg.
Flutter kick
A real core blaster to pull in your tummy
muscles
Lie in your back with your legs straight
and your feet raised a little off the floor, hands placed under your bottom for
support.
As fast as you can, kick your feet up and
down without touching the floor, keeping your legs straight. Raising and
lowering each leg once counts as one rep. Do two sets of 15.
