Oily skin happens when the sebaceous glands produce too much
sebum, causes the skin looks shiny and feels sticky. The reasons are heredity,
hormone levels, pregnancy, birth control pills, humidity, hot weather and
cosmetics you’ve used. The good news is there are ways to help you reduce oil
on your face.

Stop irritating your face skin. Do not wash your face more than 2
or 3 times / day. Use soap or mild cleanser like Dove or Cetaphil. Use only
non-alcoholic products. Do not touch the face.

clean pores, which helps you reduce oil.

Eat foods rich in vitamin B. A lack of vitamin B can cause oily
skin, so you should better increase the consumption of whole grains, beans,
nuts and meat. Another option is using a brewer’s yeast every day. Brewer's
yeast is available in powder, liquid or tablet form. Take the tablets or add
the brewer's yeast directly to food or orange juice. Increased the absorption
of green fruits and vegetables, and avoid refined sugar, animal fats and hot
oil. A vegetarian diet can be beneficial for oily skin.
