‘Revenge’ star Ashley
Madekwe has just announced that she’s teaming up with BaubleBar
to launch her very own jewellery collection – her first foray into the design
world but likely not her last. Ashley’s new line will incorporate a piece of
her own original personal style which she has become famous for through her
blog. Writing in her own fashion blog ‘Ring My Bell’, the British actress
commented that she’ll be curating the collection personally as a “guest
bartender” and working closely with the brand to make sure the results are
influenced by her own personal tastes. She wants to put together a line that
she would love to wear herself:
"I've teamed
up with BaubleBar to curate a collection of gorgeous jewellery pieces. I worked
closely with the BaubleBar team to design a collection that encompasses my
style and all of my go to pieces."
Ashley has put
together a range of 22 styles including a mixture of rings, necklaces, earrings
and bracelets. She opted to be influenced by a "edgy, chic, British cool”
look. She said on what will be available:
"There's
jewelled earrings, midi rings and lots of studs and sparkle. I'm really proud
of the collection and I couldn't wait to style these earrings and pile on the
rings to show you guys.
The new collection pieces range between $22 and $46 and features bright
neon accents such as pink and blue with classic gold and silver finishes.
