Cinnamon & Pear Porridge

Rolled
oats, ¾ cup

Reduced-fat
milk, 2 cups, plus extra, to serve

Canned
pear halves in natural juice, 4, drained, chopped
·
Raw
honey (see tip), 1 tablespoon, plus extra, to serve
·
Ground
cinnamon, ½ teaspoon
·
Strawberries,
hulled, halved, to serve

LSA
mix (see tip), 2 tablespoons
- In a saucepan, combine oats and milk. Bring to boil over low heat,
stirring constantly.
- Mix in chopped pears. Simmer 8 -10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat. Stir in honey and cinnamon.
- Spoon into two serving bowls. Top with strawberries and sprinkle
with LSA. Serve with extra milk and honey, if desired.
