Madonna's
daughter Lourdes Leon admits she regrets some of her past style. Now aged
17, Lourdes commented that she is no longer a fan of how she used to style
herself in the past few years and wishes she hadn't made those
"unfortunate" sartorial choices, although she says that she wore them
with confidence at the time: ''Looking back on the past four years of high
school means looking back on unfortunate outfits I wore confidently
to school (good for me). Oh how I wish I could go back in time and urge my
14-year-old self NOT to wear black rhinestone studded t-shirts with
bloody skulls on them...''
Lourdes
believes it's only natural to try out different looks in your teenage years to
find the style that suits you best and she still doesn't feel as though she has
settled in the right look for her just yet: ''I had to go through that
awkward time of 'trying stuff out' to figure out what I liked wearing best. I
still don't think I have a defined style, maybe because I don't want to
limit myself to what I should wear.''
Opening
up on what she'll be wearing now that the weather is warming up, Lourdes says she
will be enjoying relaxed layers and sporty finishing touches during the warm
months: ''As summer approaches and as I keep forgetting to shave my legs
... I greet with open arms crop tops, Adidas sandals, fun bucket hats, and
just walking around with no pants on and it being ok.''
