British
soap star Michelle Keegan is about to follow in the footsteps of celebrities
such as The Kardashians and Pixie Lott by releasing a collaboration collection
with Lipsy. Due to launch for Autumn 2014, Michelle has created 30 custom
pieces which will land in stores and online from July 3th. Inspired by the
latest trends, designs include jumpsuits, figure-hugging pencil skirts,
blazers, blouses and more. Opening up on designing for Lipsy, Michelle gushes
that she has been a huge fan of the company and was worn their designs since
her teen years: ''I have been wearing Lipsy since my teens. I
have always admired their collections over their pieces are always bang on
trend, are made who good quality materials, and I always feel wear
Lipsy."
Michelle
reveals that she has been very involved in the design process and has been
working closely with the team behind Lipsy to create her ideal collection over
the last few months. She is now excited for her items to finally hit stores and
thinks people will find her designs easy to wear as well as stylish: ''I
have spent a lot of time over the last few months working closely with the
Lipsy design team to make each piece in my collection is something I am
excited about wearing, my collection is classic, unfussy in style, and I
can't wait for it to hit the high street in July!''
She
also tweeted about her excitement leading up to the
launch: "I'm so excited to (finally) announce my first ever
fashion collection @LipsyLondon will be available this July!! xx."
