3 rules for glowing skin
Make sure your skin achieves celeb
status with Kimberly’s golden rules
·
Start each day with a cup of hot water and
lemon. Lemon juice contains collagen- building vitamin C and supports your
liver.
·
Try not to drink large amounts of liquid when
you’re eating your meals as it may hinder your digestion.
·
Avoid dairy as it’s a top allergenic food - many
people find it difficult to digest and its acid forming. Try almond or coconut
milk.
