Gwyneth Paltrow on Her Morning Beauty Routine & Fitness Plan

Gwyneth Paltrow may come across as being high maintenance as she talks about fancy beauty products and treatments via her Goop website, but the Oscar-winning actress reveals that her daily beauty routine is unfussy and minimal. She says that when she returns from taking her kids to school in the morning, she simply moisturizes and adds mascara if she has an appointment:  "[My daily beauty routine] is very minimal. After I drop my kids at school, I always exercise and then I take a shower and I just put on moisturizer. If I have a meeting or something I'll put on some mascara, but that's as far as I go."

Paltrow has always spoken about the important of a good fitness regime and she continues to swear by the Tracy Anderson Method. She says she tries to fit in an hour workout per day and she believes working up a sweat is a great way to clear up skin: "Doing some cardiovascular exercise everyday is really good for my skin for detoxification and skin tone and color. I do the Tracy Anderson Method, so I dance for an hour."

Gwyneth openly admits to trying Botox once but she wasn't fond of the results so isn't planning to repeat the procedure in the future. However, she hasn't completely ruled out cosmetic surgery and says she could change her mind in the future: "I would be scared to go under the knife, but talk to me when I'm 50. I'll try anything, except I won't do Botox again because I looked crazy. I looked like Joan Rivers!"
