Summer is just around the corner and the warmer weather means bare-leg season is close, so prepare for wearing shorts and skirts with a few simple beauty tricks to get them ready. The first step is hair removal - be it shaving, waxing or whatever method you prefer. If you're shaving, try to hold off until the end of the shower to shave, hairs are quicker to remove because the skin in soft and it leaves behind less irritation. Following hair removal, exfoliate your legs from toe to thigh to remove all dead cells and fresh up the skin - there are many great body scrubs out there and you can even make one with home ingredients. After your skin is perfectly polished looking, apply a lotion or oil to make sure the skin in hydrated and revitalised - an oil can add a beautiful shine to legs that gleams in the sun. 

If you want to add some colour, the easiest way is to build a gradual tan and there are plenty of products that do this effectively over a few days, adding a subtle glow to legs without looking too fake. Want a more polished look? There are tan spray cans that can give a gorgeous and flawless finish when applied, just be careful of product transfer and allow enough time to dry before you head out. 

Feel like your legs aren't tone enough? Exercise can quickly transform your legs, and going for a regular cycle  or jog will definitely have legs looking more toned in no time. Worried about cellulite? Why not try out body brushing - using a thick bristled brush on your legs in circular motions to increase blood flow, and it improves the appearance of skin too.
