Preheat oven to 350°F.
Coat 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.

Make Filling; In bowl,
mix sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Add apples and lemon juice; toss to coat. Mound

over apples, pressing down lightly. Return dish to oven and bake 25 minutes, or
until top is crisp and browned and Filling is bubbly.
