Vegetables and cereals that look black have
high content of antioxidants.
Many studies have believed that vegetables,
fruits… are able to prevent cancer, heart disease, diabetes… However, during
research, chemical Chemistry Professor Cy Lee from Cornell University (New
York) found that those looking black is better than bright-colored ones as they
contain higher amount of antioxidants. Here are some black-colored foods that
are good for health.
1. Black rice (unpolished rice)
Unpolished rice, especially its black skin,
is very good for health. The skin contains lots of vitamin E, preventing cells
from external harms. According to a research from Agricultural Center of
Louisiana University, black rice has higher content of antioxidants than blue
berry.

2. Black lentils
Commonly, beans are iron-rich and extremely
good for health. Besides, lentils has great amount of fiber, helping to reduce
cholesterol’s quantity and enhance resistance.

Experts at Institute of Human’s Nutrients in
Boston said black berry, like other berries, features high amount of substances
that increase elder’s awareness by eliminating cells which slower brain’s
operation. Besides, black berry is rich in fiber and suitable for daily

A Korean study showed that black soya is
