In a bowl, combine spread and yoghurt, adding yoghurt gradually. Serve with fruit for dipping.

·         Milk chocolate melts, ½ cup, melted

Scoop ice-cream into cones. Use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over. Serve straight away.

·         Mini sponge rolls, 4, cut into 4 slices each

·         Fat-free custard, 2 cups

·         Pitted cherries in syrup, 425g can, drained

·         Kit Kat, 4 fingers (1 x 45g bar), chopped

Place 1 rolls side in the base and 3 slices against the side of each serving glass. Pour custard over. Spoon cherries onto custard and top with cot put hopped Kit Kat.
