Ingredient:
Melon: 300g
White fungus: 20g
Lean pork: 100g
Enough spices
Process:
Melon peeled, seeded, cut into pieces. White fungus soaked
in water, cut out stem, washed clean, and chopped. Lean pork cleaned, washed in
salt water, boiled to remove impurities, chopped. Put all of them in the pot
with enough water, simmered until tender, tasted, ate within day when it’s
warm. You can eat it continuously within 5 – 7 days.
Melon soup
