1 package (6 ounces) of chopped dried coconut

1 package (5 ounces) of dried cranberries

In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients
together; mix well. Keep in an airtight box.

·
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
·
½ cup of chopped tomatoes
·
¼ cup of chopped sweet onion, chopped fresh mushrooms and
chopped olives
·
¼ cup of chopped green pepper, optional
·
1 cup (4 ounces) of shredded Italian white cheese

Put the Pepperoni sausages at the center of
each tortilla. Cover it with the remaining ingredients. Fold sides and bottom
over and roll up.
