burger
- In a bowl, mix together the mince, egg,
carrot, Worcester sauces, mustard and garlic.
- Divide the mixture into 4 and form into
burgers. Make them flatter and wider than you think you’ll need because
they shrink up as they cook. Dust with a little flour and put them in the
fridge to chill.
- Cook them on a medium-hot BBQ for 5 min.
Then turn them, top with a slice of tomato and mozzarella and cook for a
further 5 min or until cooked through. Warm the buns on the griddle. Serve
packed with plenty of watercress.
