Preparation: 10 minutes
· Vodka 1 ¼ cups
· Condensed milk 1 x 397 g can
· Evaporated milk 2/3
cup
· Ground cinnamon, for serving
- Pour the vodka, condensed and evaporated milks into a one-litre
bottle and shake well.
- Chill, shake and pour into glasses or cups.
- Sprinkle each serving with ground cinnamon and serve chilled, or
add a tot or two to a shot of espresso.

Butter 185 g, plus
extra for greasing

Sugar 90 g

Flour 180 g
·
Cocoa 2 t

Chocolate ProNutro 100
g

Desiccated coconut 60 g
·
Baking powder 1 t
·
Salt 1 t
For the
sauce:

Icing sugar 5 T
·
Butter 3 T
·
Cocoa 2 t
·
Boiling water
approximately 1 T
- Preheat the oven to 1500C. Grease and line an oblong
oven proof dish.
- Cream the butter and sugar. Add the dry ingredients and mix until
well combined.
- Press into the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
- Spoon the sauce over the hot biscuits and allow to cool. Cut the
squares to the desired size when completely cool.
- To make the sauce, mix the icing sugar, butter and cocoa. Add just
enough boiling water to make a runny paste.
