2
tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1
tablespoon olive oil

Recipe
1.
Combine
mince, onion, garlic, dill and worcestershire sauce in a bowl. Season with salt
and pepper. Divide mixture into 8 equal portions. Roll each portion into a ball.
Shape into 5mm-thick patties. Place onto a baking paper-lined tray. Cover. Refrigerate
for 1 hour.
2.
Heat
oil on a barbecue hot plate or large frying pan over medium heat. Cook patties,
in batches, 2 minutes each side or until brown and just cooked through.
Transfer to a plate. Cover loosely with foil. Stand for 2 minutes.
3.
Meanwhile,
cook rolls on hot plate, cut-side down, for 1 minute or until lightly toasted.
4.
Spread
roll bases with Mayo sauce, then top with half the patties, cheese and remaining
patties. Top with pickles and roll tops. Insert a skewer in each burger to
secure and stack on a few onion rings. Serve.
