Baldwin, daughter of Kim Basinger and Alec Baldwin, has launched herself as a
successful model recently and has opened up on how she has changed as a result.
The model admits that her style used to be quite sloppy and she wasn't too
fussy about her fashion choices in the past. She also says she didn't care
about her diet and would eat unhealthy food regularly. However, when she got a
taste of the fashion world, she realized how different it was and it made her
change her attitude: ''I resorted to sweatpants, messy buns and converse
as if it were uniform. If I was feeling adventurous, I'd throw yoga
pantson. That was primarily because my diet consisted of Cup
of Noodles and bagels so I needed the yoga pants to hold it
all together. When I stepped into this world and truly got a feeling for
what it's all about, I literally said to myself, oh s**t.''
Ireland
reveals that she wasn't always confident about her looks and only started to
notice her feminine side when she had her braces removed and grew her hair
longer. She said: ''When I got my braces taken off and let my bowl
cut grow out, I realized that I was a girl. So, that was when I realized there
could be potential here.'' The rising face now believes in treating her
body right and says it's the path to feeling good about yourself: ''The
only way to feel good in a bikini is to treat your body right. Eat clean.
Train. Stretch. Tone.''
