Madonna's
daughter Lourdes Leon has enthused about British singer Rita Ora, who is the
current face of Madonna and Lourdes' fashion collection 'Material Girl' which
is available at Macy's stores. Lourdes explained that she thinks Rita is brave
when it comes to dressing herself and she has the kind of attitude that they
both love and appreciate.
She
also compliments Rita's musical skills and says the singer has "dope
style" when it comes to putting outfits together: "The last
thing I'm going to talk about is the face of the brand, Rita Ora, who is a
badman and a sick dresser. She has dope style and in my opinion truly embodies
the attitude of a Material Girl (cheese alert I know what ever get over it it's
fine it's not a big deal it was a moment whatever). Make sure to check out
Rita Ora as the new face of the brand along with her poppin' music."
Madonna
also previously spoke on using Rita for their campaign images, agreeing with
her daughter that the singer perfectly embodies the spirit of their fashion
collection: "Rita is fearless when it comes to fashion and expressing
herself. We love her personality and think she perfectly embodies the spirit of
Material Girl." Upon landing the role, Rita stated that she loves how
the company are bold and fearless while encouraging people to express
themselves through fashion: "I don't think there are any rules in the
fashion world and Material Girl is wonderful way to really express
yourself."
