British model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley has been designing her
'Autograph' lingerie line for British store Marks & Spencer for several
very successful seasons already, and she returns for the Spring 2014 season
with yet another offering, this time taking her inspiration from a very
romantic source. Designing with upcoming holiday Valentine's Day (February
14th) in mind, Rosie placed pretty florals, delicate lace and flattering blush
tones on flirty lingerie sets, silky pajamas and nightwear to create wearable
and romantic designs for the new season ahead.
Speaking on what inspired her to create the new collection,
Rosie commented that she wanted to create feminine designs that make women feel
beautiful. She reveals that the design team worked hard toward this
goal: "We wanted to create a luxurious collection of lingerie that
would be perfect for Valentine’s Day and embraces a woman’s femininity making
her feel utterly beautiful, whether she is treating herself or receiving a gift
from her partner. "
Speaking on what she loves most from the new collection, Rosie
reveals that one particular lingerie set has captured her heart and she
believes it sums up her style perfectly: "One of my favourite pieces
has to be the Rosie for Autograph Amethyst Silk Plunge Bra and Brief set – the
signature style from my collection in a beautiful and flattering jewel
colour."
The Spring 2014 'Rosie for Autograph' collection hits Marks
& Spencer stores on January 10th, plenty of time to snap up these pretty
pieces up in time for the upcoming romantic holiday a month later.
