Super quick green chili and shrimp quesadillas

½ cup of Chinese pear ground with tomato and chili

1¾ cups of ground thick cheese
·
1 cup of small shrimp, peeled and deveined
·
1 carton of (4 ounce) sliced green onion, drained

2 green onions, sliced

8 wheat corn cakes (8 inches)
·
1 medium Chinese pear, peeled and pitted
·
2 tablespoons of salsa sauce
·
1/4 teaspoon of garlic sauce

- In a bowl, mix the cheese, shrimp, green
chili and green onions. Put a half of the corn cake on a greased grid;
spread cheese mixture. Put on the top of other corn cake. Cook at average
temperature in 1 - 2 minutes each side or until it turns brown and the
cheese melts.
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix the
Chinese pear with sauce and garlic salt. Serve with quesadillas.

1 packet of (11 ounces) light tuna with water
·
1/3 cup of celery, cucumber and chopped red onion
·
¼ cup of mayonnaise sauce
·
2 teaspoons of fennel
·
1 teaspoon of lemonade
·
1/8 teaspoon of salt
·
1/8 teaspoon of pepper
·
4 Italian loads of bread made from olive oil, divided
·
2 cups (8 ounces) of ground thick cheese

1. In a small bowl, mix tuna, celery, cucumber, onion and mayonnaise
sauce, lemonade, fennel, salt and pepper; mix well.
2. Put the cake on the tray. Apply tuna mixture on each half side;
spread cheese. Bate at high temperature in 2 – 4 minutes or until the cheese
melts.
