parents next times. In addition, parents should not use foods to ease
children’s mood. If they are sad or angry, they will certainly not feel
delicious.

calories, parents are supporting their children overweight and obesity.
Nibbling an apple or some grapes can make
kids hungry and more appetizing, instead of drinking a glass of apple juice or

helpful for children’s digestive system.

In each age, energy’s demand of babies is
different and parents should provide moderate content of energy. If parents

have high level of lipid in blood that leads to fatty liver disease. The
research showed that group of kids who are forced to eat has rate of obesity by
31.4%, rate of fatty liver 7.8% higher than others. Therefore, if they are full
or do not want to eat any more, you do not try to force them.
4. Both playing and eating
Kindergarten kids like discovering the
world, so they often spend time playing, discovering, and explaining things and
phenomena around them. Therefore, both playing and eating, together with less focus
on meals are common disease of kids.
The situation that children like to play
and quit eating usually happens with young parents because of their lack of
experience in education. The reason is parents do not know methods to help
their children eat correctly at the beginning; they often indulge children and
satisfy their requirements to force them to eat. There is no remedy for
situation of love playing in children, so you should change educational method
to help them eat more comfortably.
5. Eat fast foods too much
Children eating too much fast foods such as
potato chips, crackers, pizza, and so on before 3 years old will have lower IQ
than others. These foods can damage their intellect in long time later – as
research project of Bristol University stated.
Fast foods always attract babies but are
not healthy and nutritious foods. So you need to pay attention when feeding
your child those foods.
