A document from Oregon Health and Science University shows that women who raise infants should pump milk at least 8 times a day or in 100 minutes in total in each 24 hours using medical-grade standard.

Drink plenty of water. Drinking water will help your body secrete more milk. The general instruction is “drink when thirsty” – drink whenever you feel thirsty. If you’re in trouble in consuming enough water, drink something you like. Since you like the taste of a drink, there’re chances you drink more of it.
