·         1/3 bowl of ordinary rice

·         A handful of sticky rice

·         Spices

·         Monosodium glutamate

·         4 dried onions

How to make

·         Steam salmon and pick its meat into small pieces.

·         Pour cumin and small spring onion that are sliced, wheat flour, pepper, salt, egg and mix them.

·         Knead them into equal bouillon cubes, they are rounded and flattened.

·         Put pan on cooker, make cooking oil hot, pay attention not to make cooking oil too hot because it can make outside cover of salmon easily burn.t

·         Put salmon bouillon cubes to pan and fry. Fry with small fire until salmon is yellow to 2 faces.

·         Salmon is cooked until brittle and not fatty. You can dip this dish with sour and sweet fish sauce. Especially, it is very delicious when you eat it with hot rice.

Shrimps are fried with asparagus

Materials

·         1 carrot

·         ½ cabbage

·         1 bunch of asparagus (about 300 grams)

·         300 grams of fresh shrimp

·         Garlic

·         Salt

·         Fish sauce

·         Grinded pepper

How to make

·         Wash asparagus and cut them into pieces about 6-7cm and cleave in halves.

·         Shrimps: skin, eliminate head and draw thread of shrimps out and wash.

·         Cabbage: cut into pieces about 6-7cm; garlic is sliced thinly.

·         Make pan hot with a little of cooking oil, make garlic have sweet smelling, pour shrimps into and fry  fast until shrimps are cooked. After that you take shrimps out on plate and put it on a separated position.

·         Use pan that is used to fry shrimps, pour carrot into pan and continue frying, add a little of water to make carrot soft without making pan burnt. Then, pour asparagus into pan and fry.

·         Pour cabbage into pan. When cabbage begins to be cooked, pour shrimp into pan, flavor with salt of flavoring, then stop cooking.

·         Pour all of them into plate and dust a little of pepper

·         This dish can be dipped with soy sauce and chili
