oatmeal, fibrous grains, or whole-grain toast.
Warm milk
Before bed time, drinking a glass of warm
milk is the best sleeping pill. Milk will help you sleep more easily and more
soundly. That’s because milk has tryptophan-a substance causing drowsiness.
Having a glass of warm milk before bed won’t make our weight increase but will
provide calcium to our body.
Chamomile tea

can bring you good sleep.
Chamomile tea is known as the best natural
remedy. Drinking a cup of chamomile tea before going to bed will make your
sleep deeper and more soundly.
On the other hand, to avoid gaining weight
by eating late, you should eat something like wood ears which provide a great
amount of nutrient. But if you eat wood ear at night, the stomach can hardly
absorb the nutrient in it; the nutritious compound will decrease or turn into
toxic. Particularly, you shouldn’t choose seafood like fish, shrimp, octopus to
eat at night because when it isn’t completely digest, it’ll produce degradation
substances and cause damage to liver’s and kidney’s functions. Moreover, seafood
is cold so that you can have stomachache or cold… by eating it at night.
Another thing is that you shouldn’t drink tea at night because it will cause
trouble sleeping; the vitamins in it will be discomposed; cholesterol and sugar
compound will turn into harmful bacteria. Therefore, do not drink tea at night.
