You can eat fruits any time in the day but you shouldn’t eat after main meal because this thing will cause difficulty for digesting foods that are rich of starch, meat and fish.

You should pay attention that eating a lot of fruits also increases the rate of triglycerides - neuter fat and the risk of heart and blood vessels.

Consequently, scientists advise that the more healthy people are, the more useful eating fruits is. However, people who belong to the group of obesity, diabetes and high content of cholesterol in blood should limit to eat fruits. For example, it is better if you should eat one part of fruit and 4 parts of green vegetables instead of eating 5 parts of fruits.

How to choose fruits?

Most of the fruits will have the most delicious taste when they are gripe but soiled soft, especially fruits that have pus such as mangosteen, custard-apple, jackfruit, durians.
