2/3 cup of panko bread crumbs (Japan)

½ cup of finely-chopped Parma cheese
·
½ cup of finely-chopped Romano cheese
·
1 tablespoon of chopped fresh maca leaves or 1 teaspoon
of dry maca leaves

1 teaspoon of chopped fresh basil or 1 tablespoon of
dry basil
·
2 teaspoons of chopped fresh parsley
·
2 garlic cloves, finely-chopped
·
½ teaspoon of salt
·
½ teaspoon of pepper
·
½ cup of all-purpose flour
·
2 eggs, shell broken slightly
·
6 chicken breast pieces, no born, no skin (5 ounces
each)

Solid and crunchy chicken breast mixed with

- In a shallow bowl, mix the first 9
ingredients. Put the eggs and flour in other shallow bowls. Embed the
chicken into flour and egg and then crumb mixture, shake slightly.
- Put on a greased tray. Spray on the top
with some oil. Grill at 375 degrees within 25-30 minutes or until the
temperature gets 170 degrees.
