5 middle tomatoes (1 ½ pound), mince
·
4 green onions, chopped
·
¼ cup of fresh basil, chopped
·
2 garlic clove, chopped
·
4 teaspoons of olive oil, divided

Salt and pepper to season

1 packet (16 ounces) of noodle
·
1 ½ pounds of uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and
deveined

Grated Parmesan cheese, optional

In a big bowl, mix the tomatoes, green
onions, basil, garlic and 1 teaspoon of oil; shake slightly. Add salt and
pepper. Leave it alone for 15 minutes, stir sometimes. Meanwhile, cook the
noodle according to the instruction. In a big pan, boil the left oil at average
to high temperature. Add the shrimps; cook and stir 2 - 4 minutes or until the
shrimp turns into pink; add the sauce. Drain the noodle; move to the plate. Add
sauce and cheese if you want.

½ cup of soft butter
·
¼ cup of Romano cheese, divided
·
1 tablespoon of fresh basil or 2 teaspoons of dry basil
·
1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
·
3 garlic cloves, chopped
·
1 French baguette
·
4 ounces of goat cheese

In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients until they
get blended. Cut the baguette into half diagonally; cut every piece into half vertically.
Apply the butter mixture to 2 sides and put in the ungreased tray.

Bake at 425 degrees in 7-9 minutes. Spread goat cheese;
bake more 1-2 minutes or until the cheese becomes soft. Slice into pieces.
