To most men, prostate issues are irresistible like wrinkles
and tax. The frequency of urination, retention and urine leaking are symptoms of
benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Some doctors agree that nutritional
remedies and changes in diets can reduce the growth of an enlarged prostate or
surgeries and even cancers.
Meat
You should limit
meat in your diet.
Diets that are rich in fat and have a high level of calories
from meat can lead to the risk of prostate cancer which also affects the
developments and signs of cancer. A research of Harvard shows that men who have
the waist index 43 inches and over have high chance of enlarged prostate increased
over 50% in the comparison to men who have normal weight. The research also
shows that by reducing 7 inches of the waist index, about 35 pound, you can
prevent BPH. It’d better you limit eating meat which contains unhealthy fat and
steroid. A vegetarian diet is a good option.
Saturated fat and hydrogenated fats
Beside olive oil and sesame oil, limit eating butter,
vegetarian butter and oil. Trans fatty acids, hydrogenated oil and saturated
animal fat can increase the development of malign cells. Avoid donuts,
biscuits, cake, French fried, French fired meat and other fried foods.
Dairy
Dairy foods can
increase the risk of prostate cancer.
According to research that is carried out by Harvard
University and Tufts University, the consumptions of dairy products have close
relation to prostate cancer that occurs in American. The research also shows
that men who consumed much of those products were 11% as high chance of
prostate cancer as ones who had less of the foods. Besides, men who consumed
the most amount of dairy products were 39% as high chance as ones who consumed
dairy at the least level.
Refined sugar
Cancer cells are into sugar which plays a role of providing
material for tumor developments. Do not make cake, candies, Jell-O, white bread
and sugary tomato sauces with refined sugar.
Drinks that should be limited
Avoid alcohol, black tea and coffee. Sugary soda should also
be avoided. Try not to drink water before, during or right after meals as the
water can dilute digestive enzymes. This can lead to insufficient digestion as
well as weak nutrient absorption.
Other foods
A pretzel maybe
delicious, but it isn’t a very healthy food.
Avoid eating foods containing salt, such as pretzels,
almonds, potato chips, sauces, jerky, ham, hot dog and canned salad sauces.
Canned and processed foods like canned soup, TV dinners and processed cheese
should be removed from your diet.
