2/3 cup of onion, finely-chopped

In a large nonstick frying pan with a layer of oil,
cook and mix onion and garlic at average temperature until the mixture gets
soft. Move to a large bowl; cool for a while. Add the tomato sauce, soya sauce,
mustard and pepper. Squeeze the turkey and spread onto the mixture then stir
it, making them into 4 hamburgers.

In this pan, cook hamburgers at average temperature in
5 to 7 minutes each side or until the temperature reaches 165 degrees and the
water becomes pure.

Apply the cheese to the mixture; cover and cook in 30
more seconds or until the cheese is melted completely. Serve with pickle
pheasant and lettuce.
