Simple daily habits such as letting
children watch TV too much, eating a lot of sweet things, eating too fully… can
make children’s intelligence reduce if adults don’t adjust timely.
1. Not getting enough sleep
Sleep helps brain eliminate tiredness. If
children sleep less, it will affect their eyesight and ability of acquiring and
studying. It can even cause problems about hyperactivity and losing control
about emotion… Tired state will make children lose concentration and it also

need to ensure about time as well as quality of sleep to help children have

undernourished and it also affects development of brain.

6. Not having breakfast
Ignoring breakfast will make flow of sugar
in blood lower than normal rate of the body. Lacking nutrients will be harmful
to brain in a long time.
In addition, quality of breakfast also has
close relation with development of intelligence. According to research, the
best meal for children’s development in general is breakfast rich in protein.
7. Lazy in thinking
Thinking is the best way to make brain
exercise. Using brain in inferring and handling will help children’s
intelligence develop better. On the contrary, not exercising brain will make
brain regress quickly.
