1 lb. gnocchi, refrigerated or shelf-stable

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 small onion, thinly sliced

4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced

1 bunch Swiss chard, stems discarded and leaves cut into   1-inch strips

Kosher salt and pepper

¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan, cheese (1 oz.)

1.    Cook gnocchi according to package directions.

2.    In large skillet on medium, heat oil. Add onion and cook 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook 1 to 2 minutes, or until golden brown, stirring.

3.    Add Swiss chard, ½ teaspoon kosher salt, and ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender, tossing.

4.    Toss gnocchi with chard mixture and sprinkle with Parmesan.
