People who have gout

If phthisis patient eat too much fish, they can have allergy, nausea, headache, skin redness, congestive corneal…. In some cases, it can increase the heartbeat, cause diarrhea, abdominal pains, shortness of breath, hypertension and in the worse situation, it can cause cerebral hemorrhage.

The recommended amount of fish: The American Heart Association recommended people to eat 2 fish meals a week, 100gr fish each meal, especially fishes that have high levels of Omega-3 fatty acid.
