People who have gout
Gout is a metabolic disorder that relates
to eating: the acid uric degree of concentration in the plasma is too high that
it leads to the accumulation of urate crystals (salt of acid uric) or acid uric
crystals. Gout often appears in the big toes, though; it’s also able to spread
to the whole feet, ankles, knees and hands. Male and obese people have more
chance of gout. Once the disease appears, it can last for days or months.
The fish is rich in urine which will be
dissolved into acid uric when it enters the body. Therefore, eating lots of
fish can increase the risk of gout or worsen the gout in case you’ve already
had it.
