2 cans (5 oz. each) chunk light tuna in
water, drained
2 medium celery stalks, chopped
1 medium carrot, shredded (½ cup)
½ medium red bell pepper (4 to 6 oz.),
chopped
¼ cup light mayonnaise
3 Tbsp. fat-free plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice

1 loaf (8 oz.) ciabatta bread, split
lengthwise and cut into 4 pieces
In medium bowl, combine tuna, celery,
carrot, bell pepper, mayonnaise, yogurt, lemon juice, and ¼ teaspoons freshly
ground black pepper. Serve tuna salad on bread.
