Preheat oven to 425°F.
In medium bowl, gently combine ground beef, ground turkey, tomato paste,
Worcestershire, ½ teaspoon sea salt, and ½ teaspoon freshly ground black
pepper. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions, then form into 3/4-inch-thickpatties.
Wrap in plastic and refrigerate until chilled, about 1 hour or up to overnight.

Preheat outdoor grill
for direct grilling on medium-high or preheat large ridged grill pan; rub with
oil. Place burgers on hot grill, and cook 6 minutes per side, or until cooked
through. Top each with slice of cheese, close grill lid (or tent grill pan with
foil), and cook about 1 minute, or until cheese is melted. Place cheeseburgers
on buns with your choice of garnishes.
