These waffles last long, so you can make it
for the whole week. When the summer comes, replace ½ cup of ground pumpkin with
½ cup of milk

1 cup of all-purpose flour

½ cup of whole wheat
·
2 packets of maple sugar and instant brown sugar or oat
apple sugar

1 teaspoon of baking powder
·
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
·
¼ teaspoon of salt
·
1 ½ cups of 2% milk
·
2 eggs
·
1/3 cup of butter, melted
·
½ cup of walnuts, chopped
·
Maple syrup

Oatmeal Waffle
- In a large bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients.
In another, stir milk, egg, and butter. Add the dry ingredient until wet.
Add the walnuts.
- Bake in a hot cinnamon tray under
instruction from producer until brown. Serve with syrup.
